Questar offers installation and training support for all the bonders we sell, and we will also support any users with existing equipment. We will demonstrate machine set up and programming, plus offer tips on efficient, general operation.

Our comprehensive training programs are tailored to individual needs and include complete classes in bonding theory, equipment operation (hands on), maintenance and repair. Bonding theory provides an understanding of how the machine physically makes a wire bond, and how the various parameter controls affect the end product. Process development support is available for resolving issues with new products, new materials, and current production problems. Maintenance training includes basic troubleshooting, bond head set up/adjustments, and tool calibration. All training services can be contracted for at a daily, weekly, or periodic rate.
